Last year I wrote an “Intro to Post Meta” series of posts for wpsnipp.com. I highly recommend you check them out if you’re looking to learn how to use WordPress post meta.

UPDATE 09-28-15: Though originally commissioned for wpsnipp.com, the original content has been taken down so I have been given permission to re-publish here. The links above reflect their new location on this site.
UPDATE 03-12-16: Tom McFarlin has written several excellent posts on working with Metadata in WordPress, and covers other areas like user meta, comment meta, and even the new term meta. I definitely suggest you check it out as well.
All URL – 404 error
Wow, sure enough. Let me check with the site owner.
If the site owner doesn’t have them still posted, you can probably update the links to point to archive.org’s wayback machine. I’ve done that numerous times when materials “vanish.”
The owner of the site told me he would get the articles back up this week. Crossing my fingers. :)
I have re-posted these articles here and updated the URLs above.
Still getting 404 errors for the articles
I have re-posted these articles here and updated the URLs above.
